My Services

Life throws a lot at us. Whether you're processing trauma, facing unexpected challenges, or going through big changes, you don't have to figure it out alone. We'll work together to build real, practical strategies that help you feel stronger and more centered in your daily life. 

I provide one-on-one therapy for adults in comfortable 50-minute sessions. I also collaborate with psychiatrists and other healthcare providers to ensure you get the necessary care.

Sessions are $130. Sliding scale options are available in some circumstances.

Individual Therapy

Think of therapy as your dedicated time to sort through life's complexities. Just you and a trained therapist, working together to make sense of what's happening in your world.

Some people come to therapy with specific goals – managing anxiety, working through relationship issues, or dealing with life transitions. Others simply know something feels off but can't quite name it. Both are perfectly fine starting points.

In our one-on-one sessions, you'll have the space to explore what matters to you, whether that's unpacking past experiences, understanding current challenges, or building a clearer path forward. We'll work at your pace, using approaches that fit your unique situation.

Sessions typically last 50 minutes and are completely confidential. While some people find what they need in just a few months, others benefit from longer-term support. There's no preset timeline – we'll figure out what works best for you.


Telehealth

Do you need support, but can’t make it to an in-person appointment? Are you a busy stay-at-home or working parent, and don’t have the time to drive across town for an appointment? Do you live in a more rural area, or maybe you prefer to just do things Virtually? If so, we can help you through virtual therapy, or telehealth. Telehealth allows us to provide counseling and therapy to our clients via live video conferencing. This can be done anywhere you have a computer or smartphone. Telehealth appointments can be very beneficial if getting to a traditional in-person appointment is not convenient, or you simply just don’t want to.
